Keep your account credentials secure

Be responsible for all activity conducted under your account

4. Payment Terms

Pricing Model: Subscriptions and one-time fees

Billing Cycle: Monthly (unless otherwise stated)

Free Trials: May be offered at our discretion

Refunds: No refunds under any circumstances, including unused time, early termination, or dissatisfaction

By subscribing, you authorize MG Agency to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled.

5. Cancellation & Termination

User Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Company Termination

MG Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if:

Your use poses legal, security, or reputational risk

7. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, designs, models, and content provided by MG Agency are the exclusive property of MG Agencyand are protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Content

All data, content, and materials you provide remain your intellectual property. You grant MG Agency a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Services.

AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and may only be used for permitted and lawful business purposes. MG Agency does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or accuracy of AI outputs.

8. AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results

AI does not replace professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use

MG Agency is not liable for decisions, actions, or damages arising from AI outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MG Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

We are not responsible for service downtime, data loss, or AI inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MG Agency in the three (3) months preceding the claim

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.

If unresolved, disputes may be pursued through:

Arbitration, or

Courts located in Florida, USA

You waive any right to participate in class actions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
